Business Change Manager – Commodities

Business Change Manager – Commodity Trading – 12-Month FTC – Total Compensation up to £150,000 – London

We are seeking a Business Change Manager to support the Credit Risk function within a leading global trading organisation. You will work closely with the Business Change Team, ensuring the successful design, rollout, and implementation of key projects across multiple geographies.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for business change projects related to Credit Risk.
• Build strong relationships with the Credit Risk team to gather insights and effectively represent their perspectives.
• Work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, escalating issues or blockers when necessary.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience working in a commercial environment within a physical commodity trader (ideally Oil) and with exposure to business change.
• Experience in Project Management or Business Change Management.
• Familiarity with Credit Risk in a trading environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
