Lead CTRM Business Analyst – Commodities – Geneva – competitive salary + bonus package
Cititec Talent has partnered exclusively with a trading firm seeking a Lead Business Analyst to be hands-on with the front-to-back architecture for a bespoke E/CTRM system. Leading a small team of architects, you will be responsible for transforming complex, large business initiatives into a tangible vision to help with the overall delivery of their commodities business.
You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders to provide a clear picture of their application landscape, roadmaps, and target operating models, all whilst supporting delivery teams in the improvement of applications.
Our client offers a hybrid working pattern of 4 days in office, 1 from home.
Experience required:
- A strong background in commodities and knowledge of the full physical trade lifecycle
- To have strong hands-on ETRM/CTRM experience
- Prior experience managing/mentoring teams
- Ideally, you’ll have experience with either Metals, Minerals or Bulk products
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- To be able to co-ordinate architecture work across front-to-back office areas
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams
