Overview:

We’re looking for a Lead Developer with a strong analytical mindset and solid business acumen to join our dynamic team. This role blends technical development with business analysis to deliver impactful software solutions that enhance operations and improve the customer experience.

A key focus of this role is leveraging insights from data to inform strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications with a focus on data analysis and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-product managers, designers, business analysts, and engineers-to define and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective software solutions.
• Use data analytics to uncover insights and drive process optimization.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications to improve performance and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, offering feedback and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
• Document development processes and maintain technical documentation for ongoing support.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3-5 years’ experience in software development, with a focus on data analytics and business applications.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Solid understanding of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable, technical solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for translating complex technical ideas into business-friendly language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging stakeholders across departments.
