ETRM Application Support Analyst – Commodities Trading – London – up to £80k + bonus

London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

A leading commodities trading firm is looking for an ETRM Application Support Analyst to join their high-performing technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic trading environment and be involved in business-critical upgrade projects from day one.

The Role:

• Provide day-to-day support for front, middle, and back-office users on ETRM systems (any platform experience welcome)

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across trade capture, risk, and reporting tools

• Collaborate with traders, business analysts, and developers to ensure platform stability and performance

• Get hands-on with upcoming ETRM upgrade projects across two major systems

• Opportunity to transition into a Business Analyst role over time, if desired

Experience required:

• Experience supporting E/CTRM platforms (e.g. Endur, Allegro, Aspect, RightAngle, Beacon, etc.)

• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, commodities, or energy trading workflows

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Previous experience in a trading floor or fast-paced support environment is a plus
