LNG Business Analyst – 12+ Month Contract – Outside IR35 – Up to £1,200 per day
Cititec Talent is working with a leading energy trading firm who are looking for multiple LNG Business Analysts to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of a new LNG trading ecosystem as part of a major greenfield initiative.
This multi-year program will establish cutting-edge infrastructure supporting front, middle, and back-office functions, as well as freight operations. You’ll be at the forefront of energy trading technology, driving a strategic initiative that will shape the firm’s future in LNG trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business needs.
- Design innovative solutions in partnership with technical teams.
- Analyze processes, data flows, and technologies to identify and implement improvements.
- Develop clear, testable requirements and validate outcomes.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to achieve strategic objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in energy trading, preferably with LNG expertise.
- Knowledge of trading systems such as Endur, EOS, Veson, or IMOS is essential.
- Experience with greenfield projects or large-scale transformations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with LNG-related front, middle, and back-office or freight operations.
- Strong skills in process improvement and technology integration.
