We are supporting a leading FinTech client in the search for an experienced Problem Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role is fully remote, outside IR35, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment alongside cross-functional teams and suppliers.
As Problem Manager, you will drive the full problem management lifecycle, ensuring root cause identification, effective remediation, and continuous improvement across incident and problem processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end problem management: identification, triage, resolution and reporting
- Coordinate across internal teams and suppliers to investigate and implement solutions
- Lead post-incident reviews and support full remediation tracking
- Maintain a prioritised backlog of problem tickets with supporting metrics
- Proactively analyse historical incidents and recommend improvements
- Support knowledge capture and collaboration across teams
- Review and improve current problem management processes
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a dedicated Problem Manager role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across disparate teams
- Experience identifying and driving process, tooling, or resource improvements
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced and delivery-focused environment
