Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and prioritise backlogs and workloads, working closely with Business Analysts and Integrators to ensure business goals are met.
- Liaise regularly with senior stakeholders across the business, including Operations and Front Office leadership.
- Engage with Finance teams on budgeting and tracking delivery against financial targets.
- Collaborate with agile teams to drive delivery and ensure business alignment.
- Participate in and influence lab-level strategy and planning.
- Translate complex business requirements into well-defined features and user stories.
- Ensure integration and consistency across related systems (including Murex)
- Support agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strong adoption of agile practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams across Business, Ops, and Technology.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle and how it impacts front-to-back functions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience interfacing with senior business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Capital Markets,
- Proven experience managing feature teams, backlogs, and prioritisation processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with a proven track record of working cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, and Business teams.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks; Jira and Jira Align proficiency is a must.
- Ability to interpret financials and budgetary constraints in a delivery context.
- Understanding of Risk and Finance functions within Capital Markets.
