As a Senior Delivery Consultant at Cititec Talent, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver top talent to companies at the forefront of commodities trading and fintech.

This is your chance to not only work on exciting roles across London, Singapore, Switzerland, and the US, but to build relationships, and make an impact. You’ll manage the entire candidate journey, leveraging cutting-edge tools and best practices to source, engage, and place top talent.

You’ll be a trusted partner to account and hiring managers, ensuring seamless placements and outstanding candidate experiences. Whether you’re mapping out the market or headhunting passive talent, you’ll be a crucial part of our success story.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates through advanced sourcing strategies.
• Engage with active and passive candidates, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
• Collaborate with account managers and hiring managers to deliver talent quickly and effectively.
• Possess a deep understanding of various tech roles, from application support to engineering.
• Conduct in-depth screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Draft targeted job adverts and manage candidate responses professionally.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
• Share market insights and collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• A deep understanding of the fintech or commodities trading landscape, with expertise in at least one major commodity such as power, gas, oil, LNG, or metals.
• Proven ability to source and deliver top talent quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong focus on quick action and managing a high volume of roles effectively.
• A growth-driven mindset, eager to learn, grow, and consistently exceed performance targets.
• Motivated to take ownership of your desk and deliver outstanding results.
• Passionate about building strong relationships with candidates and clients while driving success.
• Proactively identify opportunities to support strategic decision-making and drive growth.
