We’re partnered with a global trading firm in search of a Trade Floor Voice SME to join their London office. This is a contract role, offering £550 per day (inside IR35), working onsite 5 days a week in Canary Wharf.

You’ll be the voice systems expert for the trading floor, ensuring reliable, real-time communication for high-stakes trading operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide expert-level support for voice systems including IPC, SBCs, private lines, and other platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve real-time communication issues across the trading floor.
• Work closely with traders and IT teams to ensure system performance and uptime.
• Stay ahead of voice technology trends and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems and support processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience supporting voice systems in trading environments.
• Strong knowledge of IPC, SBCs, private line circuits, and voice networking.
• Confident diagnosing and resolving issues in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Strong communicator who can work across teams and with external vendors.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in Cisco, VoIP, or Networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
• Familiarity with market data platforms and the dynamics of a trading floor.
