Job Summary:
The Treasury Business Analyst will support the Treasury team by optimising business processes, focusing on Kyriba and related Treasury Management Systems. You will analyse data, gather requirements, and assist in the implementation of technology solutions to improve cash flow management, reporting, and forecasting. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the integrity of Treasury systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse Treasury processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimise Kyriba usage.
• Gather and document business requirements in alignment with Treasury objectives.
• Lead automation and process streamlining for cash forecasting and reconciliation.
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy in Treasury systems and provide ongoing user support and training.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other teams on technology enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of Business Analyst experience, ideally within the Treasury.
• Experience with Kyriba or similar TMS.
• Strong technical, data analysis, and process automation skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with on-site presence in Toronto 2-3 days per week.
