We use a range of strategies to find diverse talent

We use a range of strategies to find diverse talent

  • Inclusive advert writing: All our adverts use gender-neutral language and feature inclusive requirements. The effectiveness of our approach is demonstrated by the almost equal view-to-apply rates on our job posts: Male 16.9% and Female 16.2%.
  • In-depth CV reviews: We deep dive into candidate experiences and extend our focus beyond immediate skill matches. Understanding the unique career trajectories of female leaders in the commodities and fintech industries, we tailor our approach accordingly.
  • Benefits: We provide comprehensive advice to all our clients on their recruitment processes. This includes reviewing their benefits packages to ensure competitive maternity policies and the appropriate level of flexibility.

Our support for CodeYourFuture

Our support for CodeYourFuture

When we're not busy finding tech excellence, we're helping develop it.

We partner with a non-profit called CodeYourFuture. They train disadvantaged people to become web developers and help them start careers in the tech industry. This includes those on low income, single mothers, refugees and others.

Through a comprehensive program, CodeYourFuture trainees learn full-stack development and other relevant technologies, along with essential soft skills like problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.

In 2016, we opened our doors to host CodeYourFuture's first class in London, marking the beginning of a lasting partnership. We continue to support them by sharing our hiring expertise. We offer CV screenings, interview guidance, and even share our office space, creating an environment where learning and growth thrive.

Cititec was the first company to host the launch of CYF with our bootstrapped program. When no other company believed in us, Cititec was there.

Cititec gave us a space where we could all come together as trainees to study and work. It created a very tangible sense of community, which helped me greatly as a trainee. Every Friday, we’d meet at Cititec to discuss our projects and any blockers, allowing us to work through them and progress together. So that’s why every time I think of CodeYourFuture, I think of Cititec.
