Role Summary
Our client, a global commodity trading company, is embarking on a large-scale AI transformation across key operational functions. This is a delivery-focused role, where you will map real business processes, design workflows, prompt large language models, collaborate with engineering teams, and implement AI automation directly into day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Capture and map business workflows across domains such as middle office.
- Translate mapped workflows into using AI prompting and the company’s internal AI platform.
- Partner with engineering teams to validate logic, data flows, governance controls, and security considerations.
- Work directly with business users to identify pain points and design improved processes.
- Test, optimise, and refine agent behaviour using stakeholder feedback.
- Build and maintain documentation for your operational domain and assigned AI agents.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Derivatives Operations role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex processes quickly.
- Experience using AI tools; coding is not required, but logical thinking is essential.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and improving operational efficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Python.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Familiarity with commodities, physical operations, or financial markets.
- Experience documenting workflows or producing business requirements.
