AI Enablement Analyst – Commodities/Supply Chain – Houston – up to $120k + bonus & benefits
A leading global commodities business is seeking an AI Engineer to help drive the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making across its global business.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology within a large-scale supply chain environment operating across North and South America. The role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, designing intelligent workflows, and implementing practical AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, reporting, and operational insight.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and process inefficiencies
* Designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, and reporting tools
* Developing data ingestion, transformation, and analytics processes
* Building reusable prompt libraries, AI agent workflows, and automation frameworks
* Supporting integration of solutions into production environments alongside technology teams
* Driving adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Evaluating emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance business operations
Requirements:
* Experience within analytics, finance, operations, technology, trading, or related business functions
* Strong understanding of reporting, data workflows, and process improvement
* Exposure to AI agents, automation pipelines, or RAG-based solutions
* Experience with Python, SQL, or similar technologies
* Exposure to AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, or intelligent tooling
* Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
