IT Business Analyst | Energy Trading | New York

We are working with one of our energy trading clients as they continue to grow their trading technology capability in the US. They are looking to hire an experienced IT Business Analyst to support and shape their Energy Trading platform in a fast paced trading environment.

This role sits close to the trading desk and plays a key part in delivering system improvements across the full trade lifecycle. Technology is seen as a core enabler of the business and there is real scope to influence how the platform evolves as the organisation scales.

You will work closely with trading, risk, operations and technology teams to gather requirements, design solutions and deliver enhancements across Front, Middle and Back Office. There is a strong focus on Endur (ETRM) integrations and improving the efficiency and quality of the ETRM landscape.

We are looking for someone with solid IT experience, strong knowledge of North American power and gas markets and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders in a global trading environment.
