Scrum Master / Project Manager – Finance and Compliance | Trading Client

Toronto | Hybrid | Permanent

We are working with a leading trading firm that is looking for a high energy Scrum Master with strong project management experience to run its Finance and Compliance project portfolio. This suits someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and likes bringing structure, clarity and momentum to delivery.

You will:

* Lead Agile delivery for an internal development team

* Run sprint ceremonies and keep delivery focused on outcomes

* Track progress, remove blockers and maintain transparency

* Own the Finance and Compliance project portfolio and roadmap

* Manage RAID, milestones, governance and senior stakeholder reporting

* Work closely with Finance, Technology, Operations and vendor teams to keep everything aligned

We are looking for someone with:

* 5 to 7 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead with strong project ownership

* Experience managing multiple workstreams and changing priorities

* Excellent communication skills across technical and Finance stakeholders

* Strong organisation and a delivery focused mindset

* Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools

* Experience with Finance systems or a trading environment is a real advantage
