Senior Cross Commodities Trader

The Role
We are partnered with a leading Commodities Trading House who are looking to expand their Commodities Trading book/strategies. As a Senior Trader, you will be responsible for helping build new Trading strategies and play a fundamental role in scaling the Team.
This mandate will be to focus on Power, Gas, Oil, Renewables, Metals &/Or Agriculture strategies across the North American or European Markets. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to get into a fast-paced and risk driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 6+ years’ proprietary trading experience
- Ideally some experience Trading EU Energy markets
- Proven ability to develop and execute diversified risk deployment strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge and practical application of fundamentals
- Experience in European Energy or Bulk Commodities market fundamental analysis
