Our client, a leading global commodity trading firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive business integration. This role sits at the heart of change and transformation, with a focus on governance, risk, finance, compliance, and cost control, rather than trading systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end integration projects across middle and back office functions.
- Establish PMO-driven governance and move away from siloed, budget-led oversight.
- Deliver clear reporting, updates, and cost breakdowns to senior business stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency in cost allocation and secure business buy-in across functions.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across a complex, politically nuanced environment.
- Embed a long-term operating model that drives efficiency and consistency across the business.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in project management.
- Proven track record in integration, change management, and PMO governance.
- Strong understanding of risk, finance, compliance, and cost management functions.
- Experience gained within a commodity trading house, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
- Confidently engage senior business stakeholders and align with leadership.
- Pragmatic, resilient, and politically astute with excellent communication skills.
