This Policy Statement outlines Cititec’s approach to quality and environmental management and intends to communicate to all personnel and other interested parties the overall aim of our Quality and Environmental Management System.
Our Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) applies to the provision of recruitment services delivered from our London office. It is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and it is underpinned by our vision:

Cititec Talent Limited is commited to:
- Meeting, and exceeding whenever possible, Client and Candidates needs and expectations;
- Ensuring the Company’s commitment to continual improvement in Quality and Environmental performance is maintained at all times by seing SMART objectives that maximise our strengths and minimise risk.;
- Providing a safe and enjoyable place of work for its staff with consistent communication, training and development;
- Continuing improvement of our performance and of the QEMS performance, to ensure we remain profitable and the preferred supplier of our clients;
- Reducing our environmental impact by:
- Minimising waste generation and maximising recycling through clear segregation practices.
- Reducing energy, water, and material usage wherever possible.
- Sourcing office supplies from sustainable and renewable providers. ○ Promoting paperless working practices and the responsible disposal of all waste in collaboration with our landlord and local authority.
- Encouraging green travel initiatives, such as our cycle-to-work scheme.
- Ensuring awareness of our staff, contractors and suppliers of environmental protection;
- Complying with all applicable requirements, including the ones from ISO 9001, ISO 14001, legislation, contracts and others to which Cititec subscribes.

Our Management Team plays a hands-on role in developing, implementing and continuously improving the QEMS. They review this policy on an annual basis to ensure it remains relevant and effective. Staff at all levels are encouraged to take ownership of quality and environmental initiatives, with open feedback and innovation actively supported. All employees are given the training, tools and support they need to carry out their roles in line with this policy and best practice.
This Policy is communicated to all Cititec staff members to ensure its effectiveness and is made publicly available to interested parties.
