With no incumbent Head of Talent Acquisition or Head of HR for Audiomob, Cititec Talent needed to build the talent acquisition function from the ground up and implement a standardised streamlined hiring process.
Provided a lead Talent Partner, who was then joined by a 2nd Talent Partner to assist with hiring for both tech and commercial roles.
Cititec continues to be engaged whilst building out the internal talent acquisition structure and hiring across AudioMobs US, UK, and the Middle East offices.
