Audiomob were starting from scratch with no talent infrastructure or processes in place. We devised a custom, end-to-end solution, understanding their vision for global expansion.
Our challenge was to build the talent acquisition function from the ground up, implementing a standardised and streamlined hiring process along with the associated platforms.
We took charge of all aspects of hiring and scaling by providing a lead talent partner, who was then joined by a second talent partner to assist with hiring for both tech and commercial roles. We also helped them implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for their hiring needs, employer branding, and salary benchmarking.
We continue to build out the internal talent acquisition structure and hiring across their US, UK, and Middle East offices.
