The role:
Cititec Talent has partnered with a boutique commodity trading company who looking to bring a Regulatory Reporting Specialist into the business to lead their regulatory reporting consolidation efforts, as they streamline their regulatory reporting solutions for Dodd-Frank and EMIR compliance.
What you’ll do:

Consolidate regulatory reporting across multiple ETRM systems into one application.

Ensure project compliance with Dodd-Frank and EMIR submission requirements.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand data integration points.

Use SQL for data analysis to validate transaction data accuracy.

Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and support.

Develop project plans and ensure milestones are met.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Train and support compliance and reporting teams on new processes and systems.

Stay updated with regulatory changes and adapt reporting solutions accordingly.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.

Extensive experience in Dodd-Frank regulatory reporting in financial or energy trading industries.

Strong understanding of ETRM systems and reporting capabilities.

Proficient in SQL and data analysis for transaction validation.

Experienced in managing software projects in compliance or regulatory environments.

Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with reporting to exchanges like ICE (preferred)
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dodd-Frank regulatory reporting, SQL, data analysis, and managing software projects within compliance frameworks.
