The role:
Cititec Talent has partnered with a rapidly expanding Commodity Trading firm looking for a Senior Business Analyst ideally with commodity operations experience to join their growing BA team.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate closely with operations groups, clearing, and physical operations teams.
• Drive automation efforts to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Analyse existing business practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and oversee technology solutions that support business functions.
• Liaise between IT and business units to ensure clear communication and effective implementation of new automation.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of both physical and financial commodities trading from an Operations perspective.
• Proven experience in business analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
