Data Platform Engineer
Location: Relocation to Amsterdam (Hybrid)
Compensations: up to €120,000 base salary + bonus and benefits

Ideal Experience:
- 5+ years experience in languages like Python and Java
- Extensive experience in libraries and frameworks used in ML and data science space like Pandas, TensorFlow and SparkML
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices ideally within BigQuery.
- Experience with open-source tools like Apache Beam and Spark.
- Proficient in building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications using Kafka
- Experience working with cloud infrastructures, ideally AWS and GCP using Kubernetes for container orchestration.
About the role:
- Lead the research and implementation of innovative platform capabilities and technologies.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, acting as a lead within the team.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of data infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams, including DevOps, Backend, and Trading Platforms.
- Maximize the value of data assets by developing and maintaining platform capabilities.
