Cititec Talent has teamed up with a global e-commerce leader, dedicated to transforming online shopping experiences. Renowned for innovation and customer-centricity, they’re setting industry standards and seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to their cutting-edge payment platform.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of the payment platform using C# and .NET technologies.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate the payment platform with various components of the e-commerce system.
• Implement and elevate payment gateway integrations, adhering to industry best practices.
• Work on platform integrations, interfacing with third-party APIs, and enhancing overall system functionality.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the payment system, collaborating closely with the security team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment processing.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the payment platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a specialized focus on payment platforms or e-commerce systems.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
• Expertise in platform integrations, third-party API utilization, and payment gateway enhancements.
• In-depth knowledge of secure coding practices and payment security standards.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior members of the development team.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with various e-commerce platforms, payment gateway integrations, and third-party API collaborations.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
