Software Engineer

Salary: Up to $150,000 base salary + benefits/bonus
The Role:
We’re delighted to have partnered with a well-funded, forward-thinking and progressive organisation disrupting the field within Blockchain.
The organisation are looking for a Software Engineer with recent Solidity development experience to join their growing development team.
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for smart contract development, protocol enhancement, blockchain research, security/reliability and DevOps integration. You will also go into a flat working structure, in a fast-growing organisation where your voice will be heard and valued.
The ideal candidate should have the majority of the following:
- 2+ years of experience developing in Solidity (must have proven experience in delivering projects utilising Solidity & EVM- based smart contracts.
- Foundry proficiency (ideal candidates must understand key differences between Hardhat & Foundry, with a clear preference for Foundry).
- Strong platform & system-level engineering experience.
- Proficient in Rust, Go or C++ programming.
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux & Visual Studio is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with high personal integrity in code quality.
Permanent / Full-Time Employment.
Fully Remote.
