The organisation have transformed the market by designing an advanced and forward-thinking financial management solution platform centred around employee compensation and benefits.
They are seeking a skilled Software Engineer, primarily on the Backend side with a keen interest in Elixir to join their growing development team.
As a Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work within their product, engineering and design teams, defining both long-term strategy and short-term roadmaps. Mainly though, you will have the opportunity to build and develop awesome product features integrated within the codebase.
The ideal candidate should have the majority of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of building backend systems.
- Proficiency in Elixir.
- Must have experience in at least one other language (Golang/.Net/React etc).
- Strong experience with relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL)
- Solid experience in cloud-based development (AWS).
- Kubernetes (K8s) for orchestration.
- DDD (Domain-Driven Design) & TDD (Test-Driven Development).
- Having a product development mindset is essential.
- You have a drive to solve problems, are a team player & love to learn.
